Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website tryquov.com (the "Site"), operated by Quov ("Quov," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What Quov Is (and Isn't)
Quov is a technology platform. Quov does not provide medical care, medical advice, or pharmacy services. When our services launch, all medical services will be provided by independent licensed healthcare providers, and all medications will be prepared and dispensed by independent licensed pharmacies. Nothing on the Site creates a provider-patient relationship.
2. Not Medical Advice
Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3. Prescription Products
Any prescription products referenced on the Site are available only if a licensed healthcare provider determines, in their independent judgment after a clinical evaluation, that treatment is appropriate for you. There is no guarantee that you will be prescribed any particular treatment. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription and are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older.
5. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any product or service, pricing, or launch timing. We may modify, delay, or cancel planned offerings at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it through automated means without permission, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including the Quov name, logo, seal, text, graphics, and design — are owned by Quov or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOV AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quov from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
